Troutdale, OR. 97060 To reach Jack's Snack 'N Tackle: From Portland Drive east on I-84 to exit #18. At the stop sign turn left and drive about 1/4 mile. At the next stop turn right and cross the Sandy River via the old Troutdale Bridge (see maps below). Our shop is at the west end of the bridge on the left hand side.
